Trading update

Aukett Fitzroy Robinson ("AFR"), the international group of architects and designers, with offices in London, Bristol, Southampton, Russia, Germany, Poland , Czech Republic and Slovakia, is pleased to announce that its results forthe year to 30 September 2006 are expected to be at the higher end of management expectations.

It is also of significant consequence that actions outlined by the CEO in the 2005 Annual Report to address underperforming areas of the business and a renewed focus on financial management have reaped rewards. The Group net debt of the business has fallen by in excess of £1 million during the six months since the interim results at 31 March 2006 and the Company is consequently now trading without recourse to its overdraft facilities.

The Group has a strong order book and further announcements in respect to recent contract gains will be issued shortly.
