Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc (“the Company”) received notification today of the following transaction in its Ordinary Shares by Nicholas Thompson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company:

Nicholas Thompson acquired 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 8.625p per share through the Berkeley Burke Nicholas Thompson SIPP.  Mr Thompson purchased the shares from an employee of the Company on 3 April 2008.

Following the sale and purchase of these shares, Mr Thompson is now interested in a total of 16,202,411 Ordinary Shares which represents 11.13% of the issued share capital of the Company:
