Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc (“the Company”) received notification today of the following transaction in its Ordinary Shares by Raul Curiel, a director of the Company:

Raul Curiel sold 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 8p per share on 4 April 2008.

Following this sale, Mr Curiel is now interested in a total of 9,858,865 Ordinary Shares which represents 6.8% of the issued share capital of the Company:
